“Let’s go to the beach!”

That was the text message that greeted us at 9AM, May 29.

After going to an internet cafe to check the website of Kabayan Resort for directions and rates, we rushed to pick up the others (my mom-in-law, her best friend, my sis-in-law, her boyfriend, their baby) and went straight to San Juan, Batangas.
